Meet Lance Cleland
Lance Cleland began building homes thirty years ago as a licensed builder in Indiana and southwest Michigan. In the decades since, he has completed more than 600 homes, earning a reputation for craftsmanship, transparency, and an uncommon level of personal involvement. Lance handles every level of communication and project management himself, and he is known for finding creative ways to stretch a budget without compromising the design his clients dream about.
Lance married his high school sweetheart, Lorri, and together they live in Noblesville with their four grown children never far away. The name RISE comes from the first initials of those four children. For Lance, the word rise carries meaning in both faith and life, and his faith shapes the way he runs his business: personally, honestly, and with genuine care for every homeowner he serves.
VP OF DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Meet Brianne Bentley
As VP of Design and Project Management, Brianne runs the details of every RISE property alongside Lance, together guiding each project from the first design decisions through the day to day of construction. Project management fills much of her week, but her passion is creating beautiful spaces for the people who will live in them, and building genuine relationships with the clients, vendors, and contractors who make each home possible. She is Lance's sounding board on nearly every business decision and a driving force behind how RISE grows and improves as a company. Brianne is married with three children and lives in Noblesville.

As proud members of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, we build to BAGI's Quality Assurance Builder Standards and offer a comprehensive warranty program through the Association. We are also an approved builder with 2 10 Home Buyers Warranty for homeowners who want additional protection. And because our commitment does not end at closing, we schedule six month and one year walkthroughs on every project to address anything that develops in your first year of ownership.
